Items to bring and donate for community ministries:
THE LORD’S PANTRY:
Approximately 60 -70 neighborhood families, up to 150 people including 60 children, come to Baldwin Community the fourth Thursday of each month to receive bags of food and other necessities.
Requested Donations: Pre-packaged cookies and crackers
NYADIRE CONNECTION:
Nyadire Connection is an organization of volunteers who support a partnership with the people of Nyadire, Zimbabwe through challenging times.
Requested Donations: Monetary donations to support their food ministry. $15 feeds a family of 5 for thirty days.*
EIGHTH AVENUE PLACE:
Eighth Avenue is a Christian Ministry coffee house located in Homestead. Its mission is to help support the effects of addiction, mental illness and poverty through services and fellowship.

UMCOR:
As the humanitarian relief and development arm of The United Methodist Church , this organization helps churches to become involved globally in direct ministry to persons in need.
